Processing Time
All orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
As each piece is handmade in small quantities, slight variations in processing time may occur.
Estimated Delivery
USA:7–14 business days
Europe:7–14 business days
Asia:5–10 business days
Australia / New Zealand:7–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to international carriers or customs clearance.
Shipping Method
Standard Shipping
All orders are shipped via Taiwan Post, and handed over to the local postal service in the destination country.
Express Shipping (optional)
By EMS at an additional cost.
Shipping Fee
Standard Shipping: US$9
Express Shipping: US$20
*Free standard shipping on orders over US$100.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customs Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
These charges are not included in item price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs processing
- international carriers
- weather or transport disruptions
Actual delivery time may differ from estimated timeframes.
Lost or Returned Parcels
In case a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or unpaid duties, re-delivery shipping fees will be charged.
Warranty
For the item with a six-month warranty are covered with manufacturing defects only.
Each case is assessed with care and intention. Wear, tarnishing, accidental damage, and natural aging are not included.
Repairs
Adjustments and minor restoration are available. Fees may apply outside the warranty period.
Repair Shipping
Shipping to and from our studio are the responsibility of the customer.
Trackable service is recommended.
